- 1 First office visit: An hour long appointment with Dr. Kneessi (in person or zoom) to discuss your heath goals. Dr. Kneessi will build your personalized plan based off this visit.
- 1st Follow up visit: Review personalized plan with Dr. Kneessi
- 12 Follow up visits: 1 each week of 12 week program
