Your Second Visit

Please allow up to 30 minutes for follow-up consultations.

Free Consultations

5-10 minutes to determine if the naturopathic approach is the right option for you.

If you have questions about our programs or supplements, we allow a 1 time brief Q&A with Dr. Kneessi

Online or Phone

Video meetings or phone consultations are available.  It is necessary to maintain a working relationship with your local physician.  Only education will occur during the phone and video appointments.

Payment is expected in full at time of service. We do have an option to pay online before your visit.  Since Illinois does not have a scope of practice for naturopathic doctors, we cannot accept insurance as a form of payment.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit only.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the item at Ryan@moveforwardnaturalhealth.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.  Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available.  If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Move Forward Natural Health requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation in advance of the scheduled appointment time.  Missed appointments without notification will be charged the full visit fee.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the visit fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Move Forward Natural Health aims to make your visit a pleasurable one.  In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.  This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider.  You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available.  We will try to accommodate late-comers as best as possible.  Please arrive 30 minutes early if you need to complete intake forms for your first visit.
