This page is for Maryland residents who finished the supplement quiz and want a written plan from Dr. Ryan Kneessi — not only the starter Fullscript protocol from the quiz.
This service is usually $195. If you completed the quiz, it is offered once at no charge.
Please book about one week out. After you complete the questionnaire, it takes Dr. Kneessi a few days to review your answers and write the personalized protocol. A same-week slot does not leave enough time.
The appointment is an about 20-minute phone call with Dr. Kneessi to review the plan and ask questions. It is not an office visit.

How to get access

- Complete the EHR questionnaire as soon as it arrives so there are a few days to write your protocol before the call.
