Eggs

Nuts and Seeds
All nuts allowed, except peanuts (legume). This includes almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. It’s recommended to choose raw or lightly roasted nuts and seeds to avoid added oils and salt. Generally speaking they have healthy fats, fiber, and promote a feeling of fullness when consumed which can prevent over consumption of foods. Quinoa is considered a seed, which makes a great substitute for rice, pasta, oats, barley, and other grains.

Fruits
All types of fruits are allowed on the diet, including berries, apples, oranges, bananas, and melons. It’s recommended to choose whole fruits over fruit juices to ensure maximum fiber and nutrient content.
Vegetables
All types of vegetables are allowed on the diet, including leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, root vegetables, and nightshades. It’s recommended to choose a variety of colorful vegetables to ensure a wide range of nutrients.
Dairy products
Dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt are allowed on the diet but keep in mind that they can be very high calorie and could result in you having a challenging time losing weight if that’s your health goal. Best forms are raw.
The “healthiness” of milk depends on various factors, including individual dietary needs, preferences, and potential intolerances. Continue to avoid if you have a sensitivity or intolerance. If you goal is weight loss, try to limit cheese intake to twice a week. General rule: hard cheeses are better than soft cheeses.
