This section guides you through a series of questions aimed at assessing your adherence to nutritional goals, exercise routines, hydration practices, and overall well-being. By engaging in this reflective practice, you gain valuable insights into patterns, challenges, and areas for improvement.
The Power of Accountability: Accountability is a driving force for positive change. Through the daily review process, participants hold themselves accountable to the goals they’ve set, fostering a sense of responsibility and commitment to their well-being journey. This module emphasizes the importance of honest self-assessment and provides a structured approach to evaluating your daily achievements.
At the end of each day you will complete a short 8 “yes or no” question quiz. By reflecting on your daily goals and completing the daily quiz you be able to answer yes to the final question “Did you complete this quiz and complete a daily review of your goals?
