The 28-Day Longevity Reset is a free, four-week guide to building the daily habits that support healthy aging. It is educational, and it moves one step at a time so each week builds on the one before.
Your Day 0 starts the day you sign up, so you can begin whenever you are ready and follow the map at your own pace.
Week 1
The first week is about paying attention to the basics that shape how you feel. You will set a consistent sleep window, get outside for morning light, and cut back on screen time, especially in the evening.
You will also add gentle daily movement and a few minutes of slow breathing, which give the rest of the month a steady foundation.
Week 2
In the second week you will shift to a Ketovore way of eating, which centers meals on quality animal protein and natural fats with a small amount of low-carbohydrate plant foods.
The goal is to steady your energy and appetite while you learn how your body responds to fewer carbohydrates.
Week 3
The third week adds a fasting option that fits your health and your clinician’s advice. The default is to continue Ketovore with no eating window, which means you simply keep eating Ketovore meals without restricting when you eat.
If it suits you, you can choose Ketovore within a 16/8 window, where you eat during eight hours of the day and fast for sixteen. A water fast is only an option if your clinician has specifically cleared you for it.
Week 4
The final week focuses on supporting your body’s own clearance systems. You will keep protein intake steady, add broth and bitter foods such as arugula, radicchio and dandelion greens, and avoid alcohol for the whole week.
By the end of the month, you will have a clear picture of which habits made the biggest difference for you.
Sign up below and your Day 0 begins today, with each step of the map arriving as you go.
