Start Small, Achieve Big: The simple exercise goal is rooted in the philosophy that consistent, small efforts lead to significant results. Aimed at dispelling the misconception that time is a barrier to exercise, this goal challenges participants to perform a quick, achievable exercise in just one minute. Whether it’s 10 push-ups, 10 squats, or another brief yet impactful activity, the goal is to establish a routine that fits into your daily life effortlessly.
Discover Your Motivation: By embracing the simplicity of the exercise goal, participants are encouraged to find their motivation and discover the most suitable time for their daily movement. This personalized approach empowers individuals to break down barriers, eliminate excuses, and build a foundation of regular physical activity that contributes to their overall well-being.
Write out your simple exercise goal for each day as your planning your week. I recommend pushups as they are something that can be done anywhere and quickly. If you haven’t worked out in a while, you can attempt modified push ups which is a push up from your knees rather than from your feet/toes. If that’s still too difficult, then start with wall pushups. If you need help choosing an exercise, please reach out to Dr. Kneessi.
This should be the easiest point you earn with the program. It’s purely designed to get people motivated to exercise. This can be combined with your 30-minute workout. The whole idea is to get you moving!!
