We include foods to eat daily, in moderation, and to avoid completely. The large majority of foods will be located on the “eat these foods” page or on the “avoid these foods” page. We leave a few food options to eat in moderation (1-2 times a week) as everyone is a unique individual and will thrive with different foods.
We also cover quantity of foods (calorie counting) to help you understand optimal food proportions allowing you to hit your ultimate goal! This step isn’t mandatory and isn’t included in the total point system, but we include it for individuals who have trouble with portion sizes or just can’t seem to lose the weight.
If you eat foods only from the approved foods list (eat these foods page), then on the daily quiz you would answer “Yes”. If you ate anything at all during the day that was on the “avoid these foods” list, then you would answer “No”.
