At the end of everyday you will answer a very short quiz which takes 1-2 minutes to complete. There are a possible 10 points everyday that you can achieve for a total of 70 potential points each week. You’re goal is to score 50 points each week. Once you master 50 points weekly, you can always increase your goal to a different set of points.
Here are the questions you will answer at the end of each day.
- Did you eat foods only from the approved foods list?
- Did you meet your simple nutritional goal?
- Did you exercise for 30 minutes?
- Did you meet your simple exercise goal?
- Did you meet the requirements of your healing zone?
- Did you reach your daily water intake goal?
- Did you plan your daily goals in the morning?
- Did you complete a daily review of your goals & tallying your points by taking the quiz?
