Directions:

One-half (1/2) tablet each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
Active Ingredients:
2,500 mcg of Folate (as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt) 25 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)
Other Ingredients:
12.5 mcg of Superoxide Dismutase (from vegetable culture†), 12.5 mcg of Catalase (from vegetable culture†) †Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing naturally associated phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors. This product is gluten and dairy free.
