  • Eggs
  • Nuts/Seeds
  • Oils: olive, coconut, flaxseed, avocado. (Grass feed butter)
  • Legumes: feel free to eat any and all beans. (not all paleo diets allow this) (up to you)

Don’t eat

  • Grains
  • Dairy
  • Sugar
  • Processed foods
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Vegetable oil: vegetable, corn, soy, canola, ect…
    • Use: olive oil, coconut oil, flax, avocado, macadamia, walnut.

Animal protein

  • Chicken breast
  • Turkey
  • Pork
  • Beef
  • Steak
  • Bacon (in moderation)
  • Bison
  • Lamb
  • Seafood
  • Fish
  • Deer/Venison
  • Eggs

Eat any and all fruits and vegetables

  • In moderation: Squash, Yams, all potatoes, beets.

Nuts/Seeds

  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Flax seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Macadamia nuts
  • Walnuts
  • Pecans
  • Hazelnuts
  • Avoid: peanuts

Beverages

  • Water
  • Herbal teas
  • Seltzer water
  • Coconut water

Limit:  Kombucha, coffee, almond milk, coconut milk

Rare: 100% juice, alcohol (red wine)
