I developed the “Get Your 50” program so I can become the Ryanest Ryan possible. It’s a motto I live by. A light bulb switched on when I first heard the term multi-verse. It’s a theory that essentially states there are infinite universes composed of all space and time. Out of all the possible universes I want to be the best possible version of myself. Out of the trillions upon trillions of different versions of myself, I want to be the best possible version. The best possible version of myself would absolutely be the one in the best shape, among many other things. The “Get Your 50” program is designed to help you become the best possible version of yourself.
The point system is based on a number of different factors. Don’t worry, you don’t have to know the science behind the point system. You just need to reach your set goal of 50 points. Some individuals want to know how I came up with the points. Our biochemistry and physiology are profoundly influenced from the foods we eat. Our chemical energy is derived from food and is responsible for an optimal functioning physiology. There are over 25,000 phytonutrients that exist in nature. Each one can have dozens of different actions in the body. The point system was designed around some of the most important actions from these phytonutrients. Quantity and quality of macronutrients and micronutrients was also factored into the point system.
